Gender Equality is Everyone's Business

Women in Business is a student-led club in IESE Business School which advocates for an inclusive working environment, enabling women and men to thrive in their careers, through building healthy communication and empowering women in leadership.

The 2023 Annual conference, We Mean Business; The Power of Equality, is the 8th edition of the club’s primary annual event and will be held this year on February 1st at IESE Business School in Barcelona, bringing together students, IESE faculty, and business networks for a full day of inspiring sessions. We expect 300 women and men from all over the world gathered to network, empower, and build a strong community to fulfil the vision.
