Kerstin joined the BCG Munich office in March 1995 as a Consultant, and later became the Staffing Director for Germany & Austria. She then took over the G&A Marketing Team as Marketing Director for 8 years. After that, she was Senior People Director for Central Europe, Middle East & Africa. She now is the DE&I Executive Director for our “EMESA” region, ensuring our DE&I objectives are met through a large majority of the company. Kerstin studied Psychology at the University of Tübingen, University of Oregon and the University of Massachusetts. She holds a PhD in Psychology.
