Dr. Sabina Nagpal, a Canadian-trained Psychiatrist and Assistant Professor at McMaster University in Canada. She is fellowship trained in psychotherapy and has supported 1000s of women through her work in reproductive mental health teaching women how to find more resilience in the most important phases of their lives.
